  • 1/2 round White Hye Roller Soft Cracker Bread
  • 2oz strawberry cream cheese
  • 8 large strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 large banana quartered lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits well drained
  • 3tbswalnuts or pecans finely chopped
  • 2tbs coconut flakes (optional)


Cover 1/2 round of Hye Roller with strawberry cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped nuts over 3/4 of cream cheese. Leave at least 1 1/2 inches with cream cheese only. Alternating rows starting closest to where you will begin rolling, put half of the quartered banana across the Hye Roller, followed by a row of strawberries, then pineapple tidbits and repeat process with remaining fruit. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the fruit if desired. Roll up using the Hye Roller Wrap technique. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for use later on, or slice and serve immediately. Best taste when used within 24 hours.
