  • 1 round White Hye Roller Soft Cracker Bread
  • 3oz softened cream cheese
  • 4oz hummus
  • 2oz Kalamata olives
  • 2oz sliced, marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2oz roasted bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 2oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach


Cover entire round of Hye Roller with cream cheese. Spread hummus over 3/4 of the cream cheese, leaving about 4″ at one end with only the cream cheese. Cover the hummus with the spinach leaves. Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients on the Hye Roller pizza style. Roll up using the Hye Roller Wrap technique. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use or slice and serve immediately. Best when used within 24 hours.
