North Beach Hye Roller
- 1 round Garlic Tomato or Pesto Hye Roller
- 3 oz of cream cheese
- 6oz dry Italian salami
- 6oz thinly sliced provolone cheese
- 2oz sliced black olives
- 2oz sliced banana waxed peppers
- 4oz marinated artichoke hearts sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 1 ½ cups of spinach
Cover entire round of Hye Roller with cream cheese. Cover 3⁄4 of the Hye Roller with salami, cheese and spinach (sprinkle on remaining ingredients pizza style). Roll up using the Hye Roller Wrap technique. Wrap Hye Roller in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use or slice and serve immediately. Best when used within 48 hours, may be served up to 72 hours.
